Size S - wild petunia - I didn't really notice the color until recently. It has definitely grown on me. I thought it looked good with my skin tone. Something different. I wasn't into pink until I had a girl and now I incorporate it into my wardrobe. Notice the watermark placement. This is a headlight flashin' sweater.
I've tried on S and M in the merino turtleneck. You would not believe it by this photo, but S is the best fit. M gets too big all over.
The lighter colors are less forgiving. If I absolutely had to have a lighter color, I would try it in a M and see if that reduced the sheerness. However, I had quite a bit of bloating on this menstrual cycle and that is also a factor. I haven't been consistent at all with ACV, but have put probiotics back into my supplement regimen and hope that will help with general stomach discomfort.
The Feeling
I like the merino turtleneck sweater. I have burgundy, which is sold out. Raisin look similar, but I'll bet it's more brown than purple in tone. The one I have wears well and I don't have any complaints about itchiness or pilling. Thumb slightly to the side because the lighter colors don't look as good (on me) as the darker ones.

Gigi! I like this wild perunia colour, too and I think you look great! I actually ordered the merino turtleneck in navy a while back and I love it!
ReplyDeleteCute! I like that color! I may have to put this on my wishlist. I'm not buying anything until January though.
