Ripplestitch cardigan in stripe - size XS (69465, $95) - I tried on the striped version, which is $69.99 in-store & online. I most often take a S in J Crew cardis, but the XS was fine. The chunky texture reminds me of old sweaters from the 80s. Remember when Express had a line called Venezia and we let the name inspired the thought that it was fabulous, Italian fashion. This sweater reminded me of that, but in a fond way. I only saw this option, casablanca blue chalk and did not see the cranberry navy option, which looks cute online.
When I looked in the mirror I felt the stripes added weight to my shoulder area. It would've been better for me if the stripes were horizontal all the way up to the top and didn't go round the shoulders in the way that they do. We love pockets! I didn't get the feeling in this. Maybe if I came across it for 30% off in the store and was able to try it on again. I wouldn't throw this on as an add-on during final sale even though I've tried it on. Like I said, just didn't get the feeling. It's a cute sweater & seems good for cozying in.

I've seen a few similar cardigans like that at F21 and Old Navy. It is cute, but I'm a cheapie, so I'd pry try out those places first. :)
