I think chestisus-wise I felt better in the medium. I'd have to try it on again. I'm eyeing the white since I already have a black maxi from Target.
Think you'd look hot to trot in it? Over the maxi trend?

I like the maxi better on you than on the model - the length is nicer on you and you rock it. I have a maxi from GAP from last year that I loved, but didn't find myself wearing much. A little too casual for work and a bit too hot in the summer...I still love them though!

I am a big fan of the maxi. I actually ordered the ombre maxi from old navy when you mentioned the promo in your blog. I though the cuts were the same between the ombre and the one you tried on but they are actually different! I am have to look at this one too.

ReplyDeleteAmy - The ombre is really pretty. No, the white is *not* see through. I tried it on again today and it's not. I really wanted white but it just didn't feel right. I got the black one in a M.
Joyce - Maxis are still in, mamma. It will look great on you...Target pearl cluster...denim jacket or a cardi.
elegant_mom - I think you'd look beautiful in the white. Didn't work for me for some reason. Maybe it overwhelmed because of my height. Love the black & got that.

Hi Gigi, I went to Old Navy specifically for this dress and I was NOT disappointed. I LOVE this dress. I got it in the orange and the white. The fit and length on me is perfect. Thank you so much!!!

ReplyDeleteHey FFM -- It seems ON has revamped their sizes. I would imagine the chart is accurate, however each item of clothing is going to be different.
