This isn't for me. I didn't like it on the hanger either. It looked HUGE! I simply tried for kicks and to report here. I'm in a size small. You see spots from my camera (oops), but what you don't see is how the bottom poofs. The bottom is gathered. It's very Oompa Loompa-ish. I can see this *not* working for those with a pear shape. It may depend more on how tall you are and if you tuck the bottom of the tank a bit. Too much to consider for $88. I'd go to Forever 21 or H&M if on the hunt for a top like this.

This definitely is one to pass on...not flattering to just about any body type unless you are railthin! Like you suggested look to a discount store for this type of garment. I am tall and thin but I don't care for it at all.....
ReplyDeleteanon@4:30 - I agree. Rail thin and tall might be a fit for this. I have straight hips and cannot imagine what this top would do to someone that has more voluminous hips. I don't even think I'd get this on sale.
ReplyDeleteI bought this top in black...I agree that it runs HUGE!!! I plan on wearing it with my JCrew tuxedo pants. I'm 5'9 and well not super skinny...I have a very long lanky build. I love this top.
